How long does it take to process an order?
• United Arab Emirates (UAE): Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 days.
• Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA): Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2-4 days.
Do you ship internationally?
No, Persavian currently ships only within the UAE and KSA. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as personal care items, perishables, and digital goods, are non-returnable.

• Refunds & Exchanges: Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item. Depending on the payment method, refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
