How long does it take to process an order?
• United Arab Emirates (UAE): Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 days.
• Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA): Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2-4 days.
Do you ship internationally?
No, Persavian currently ships only within the UAE and KSA. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

At Nova Aura, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as personal care items, perishables, and digital goods, are non-returnable.
